This 6.45am class will start your Monday morning well! 45 minute strength & conditioning exercises will help you to build power, strength, endurance & mobility.
This class will use a combination of our Keiser gym equipment alongside free weights, sandbags, kettlebells and body wieight all keeping your heart pumping.
Please note: should you need to cancel a class we will require 12 hours notice or your credit will be lost.
