Late arrival may result in a shorter treatment time with no refund.
Payment and cancellation – We accept most credit/debit cards & cash. Payment is required at the time of booking. Hotel guests may charge spa services and products to their account. Full payment will be incurred on cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to treatment appointment, or within 72 hours or less prior to packages of more than two people.
