This bootcamp class will put you through your paces with a mix of cardio and strength exercises. Using both gym equipment, free weights and body weight exercises.
This class can be adapted to suit all ablities, please talk with your class instructor about any limitations you have.
Please note we require 12 hours notice to cancel a class or your credit will be lost.
