Join us for an invigorating workout with this HIIT session, this class will push you to your limits boosting your heart rate for a short period of time followed by a rest period for maximum efficiency. Burn fat, increasing your endurance and have fun !
This class will include varied exercises such as running, burpees, ball slams, cycling & battle ropes.
