In this session you’ll focus on developing strength and releasing tension physically and mentally, improving your posture, strengthening your core, improving joint mobility and re-balancing the whole body. Simply bring water and a towel – mats are provided (or you can bring your own).
During good weather, these classes will be held on our landscaped lawns. On rainy/colder days, these classes will be held in The Ballroom.
