Your treatment begins with GAIA’s signature foot ritual, inviting you to slow down and connect with the moment. You'll then choose your preferred GAIA body oil blend to personalise your experience.
A soothing back cleanse and exfoliation follow, preparing the skin and easing tension. This is complemented by the application of GAIA’s Strengthening Fitness Gel—refreshing and restorative, it helps to soothe tired muscles.
The ritual continues with a radiance-boosting facial, including a gentle exfoliation to revive the complexion. To complete the experience, a nurturing leg and foot massage leaves you feeling grounded, restored, and glowing—inside and out.
